Opening Times

DUE TO THE COVID PANDEMIC ALL OPEN MORNING SURGERIES HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED.

PATIENTS ARE ADVISED TO PHONE EACH WEEKDAY MORNING AT 9AM, THE RECEPTION STAFF WILL CLARIFY YOUR CONTACT DETAILS AND THE GP WILL RETURN YOUR CALL ON THE SAME DAY.  THERE IS A LIMITED NUMBER OF TELEPHONE TRIAGE APPOINTMENTS EACH MORNING. ONCE THESE SLOTS ARE ALLOCATED, ALL ROUTINE CALLS WILL BE ASKED TO RING BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY.

There will be a limited number of slots to see a GP each morning.  Once these slots have been allocated, patients will be asked to return to the following morning surgery.

Emergencies will be triaged by a GP.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
